McKenzie Katelyn

Our beautiful daughter turned 7 this past weekend!!  I remember the day McKenzie was born very vividly.  In part due to the labor pains that I thought meant that we should head for the hospital, only to be turned away and told to come back in the morning.  In part because Jeff thought that having his wife in labor meant that he could go 100 plus on the freeway to get us to the hospital, but mostly because it was such a special moment when our only daughter and first child came into this world.  She was so tiny and delicate.  6 pounds, 6 ounces of pure heaven.  And, she continues to bless us every additional year.  From binkie baby to super sister, to pretty princess, she has continued to make us smile.  She is a very sweet daughter, very tender-hearted, fun-loving, and silly.   She's very helpful and eager to please.  We are so very happy to have her in our lives.
